Has over fifty years of experience in the food manufacturing, importing, distributing, gift packing and brand management business. Served as Executive Vice President of Charlotte Charles, Inc., a leading manufacturer, distributor, importer and gift packer of specialty foods and confections. Also served as Vice President and General Manager of two divisions of Portland Food Products. Stewart is a member of the Specialty Food Association Hall of Fame.
15 Years as a Food Broker representing and managing brands from all over the world on both a direct basis and through Importers. 10 years serving in many positions with the Specialty Food Association. Graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign as well as a Masters Degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
Charlie is a food industry veteran. His background includes 20 years of operations and marketing experience with Wakefern ShopRite Supermarkets. At Target he was responsible for non-perishable offerings at Super Target and the launch and expansion of the Archer Farms private label program. During his tenure at Tree of Life, a major distributor of specialty and natural foods acquired by KeHE in 2010, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Midwest and Corporate Director of National Business Development. As a consultant Charlie started as Vice President and Managing partner of the Rosengarten group and later formed his own firm, CFS Consulting.
“Jimmy Z” comes to us with over 35 years of experience in Sales, and Brand leadership working in both Retail and Foodservice. Jim has worked in most sectors of the Food industry including retail and manufacturing and spent most of his career with KeHE Distributors serving in various leadership positions in Sales and Marketing. Jim’s passion is launching, developing, and building brands quickly and profitably and engaging as an active partner in developing an overall business strategy.
